IN-PERSON CONCIERGE HOME VISIT
If you are local to the DFW area and want a home visit, please e-mail us and we can schedule your visit and provide you with the fees.
AFTER THE VISIT
Following your appointment, if prescriptions are needed, they will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.
If Labs/Blood draws are needed, you will be provided with an order form for the labs to be performed at a facility of your choice or a lab we recommend. You decide which is the cheaper or better option.
If labs are ordered, a follow-up visit may be needed to review the results with you.
Further follow-up may be needed depending on your medical condition or conditions.
