We are Texas based primary-care health providers for adults only at this time. We are specialized in Internal Medicine (Adult medical care) and licensed in the state of Texas. Our goal is to provide superior healthcare from licensed Medical Doctors with transparent fees.
We bring primary care to you by telemedicine/telehealth. You can access us from the screen of your electronic devices; phones, tablets and computers.
We manage acute conditions like Common Cold, Cough, COVID-19, Bronchitis, UTI, STD and more.
We also manage chronic conditions like Hypertension (high blood pressure), Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Arthritis (chronic joint pain) and more.

We accept major credit and debit cards. We accept health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) card payments.
We are not affiliated with any insurance companies at this time and do not bill to insurance companies. Payments are upfront and transparent. We can give you a receipt / superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
See our prepayment policy. You can pay with a credit/debit card, HSA card, or FSA card.
All adult patient 18+ including geriatric patients residing in or visiting the state of Texas. USA.
If you have the records, you can fax them to 506-700-6425. If you would like us to request records, we will send you an email with a medical release form you can sign with your phone.
We treat patients 18 years of age and older. Basically, we treat adults only at this time.
Follow up appointments will be treated on a case by case basis.
Most acute illnesses don’t need follow up, but they can be scheduled if symptoms are not improving.
Chronic conditions may need quarterly or annual follow ups for medication refills.
Seldomly do we prescribe controlled substances.
We do not prescribe opioids for pain, nor do we prescribe benzodiazepines (e.g. Xanax, Valium) for anxiety. We also do not prescribe amphetamines for ADHD. If you need a controlled substance and are unsure if we will prescribe it, please email us, and we will let you know.
We only order labs on patients we see based on conditions they are being seen for.
Based on your health/diagnostic needs we can order radiology studies at any radiology practice. Many radiology practices offer affordable pricing for cash-pay patients.
If medically relevant we can inform you on the type of specialist needed for your condition. We may have recommendations, however we do not accept insurance at this time and can’t refer you to anyone that may be in your network. Specialist choices will be up to you.
